As many of you I am a REALTOR. What makes me proud to be a Realtor the most is how giving real estate agents are of their time and how many are involved in just about every charity or community event you could imagine. Realtors are out in the community and we see on a daily basis how the needs of our community have a direct impact upon our neighborhoods and daily lives. Whether it’s assisting a needy family to find a home or providing a dictionary to a young mind, we, both as a group and as individuals, are constantly striving to find solutions for our community.
Today we are going to talk about the “Real Wishes Foundation” with Patti Miller from Rio Verde Realty and Deb Deshae from Long Realty from the board of Directors of the new foundation.
Why don’t you start by telling us a little about yourself ………

The durable argument of whether it's best to buy a new home or older one dates back centuries. And it's never quite been resolved. For every qualifier, there's a disqualifier. For every "on one hand," there's an "on the other hand." So the choice between the two is always a relative call, not a dollar-and-cents one, Today we are going to be talking about the New Home option, and why buying a new home might be right for you!
So today promises to be very interesting. If you have a question or comment please e-mail me at brad@bradsnyder.com, and I would love to hear from you. Let me also mention that if you missed any of the past shows or you would like to hear it again you can listen to the podcast on BradSnyder.com.

Today we are going to talk about a unique new subdivision called Kings Ranch Estates.
The new enterprise, located east of the north-to-east bend in Highway 92, near the Coronado National Memorial, and is a “controlled development” in which a significant portion of every lot is designated as a conservation area. More than 100 miles of hiking and biking trails are envisioned for the area. The development is named for the nearby Kings Ranch Road.
Today we are going to be talking with Linda Huffman and Joyce Audette from Realesate.com who is the agency that is marketing the lots.
Good morning Linda and Joyce and thanks for joining us today.
